I got approved for an SBA(7a) and your right it took a long time and was a pain in the a**. They approved me for a Auto dealership.

Wow your AWESOME TO HELP LIKE THAT. IM 63 and I e struggled all my life with blindness and other things like lost my parents and entire family when I was 16. But, I was thinking about doing a laundry mat. If I have a few questions may I contact you? I understand if you won't. I'm a true Christian . But ty for the info., in case I'm not able to speak, personally with you. Your AWESOME.

Hello! I'm planning to buy a laundromat with an SBA loan and I have a very good credit score. Ik a guy that already has a business and we have become friends. How am I gonna get approved in the bank with someone who has experience? They are gonna see my credit score or how the loan is gonna be divided?

Ummm 🤔 this sounds like bad advice..... After watching "free laundromat". If you did any business school the best way leasing equipment with a buyout at end of term. That way you can enjoy taxes expenses plus they pay down the equipment.

I’m assuming I’d still need a good down payment even if I go through seller’s financing?

No down payment and definitely no seller financing. Do not negotiate/contact the seller or the sellers broker if the laundromat is in a strip mall or multi business type location. You want to contact and negotiate a new lease with the land owner or the landowners management company if they use one.

You can make any deal yall find mutually beneficial.....hell, maybe even arrange the cost to be performing 20 sexual favors a day if that works for ya....banks however won't be so accommodating
