funny, I was just thinking of this Act just the other day and other Acts that came about in the 30's Trust Indenture Act, Social Security Act etc when asset backed money was taken out of circulation and everything became about dealing in trusts and securities.. NOT a lot of people realize this! Isn't the bill/ statement/w/ remittance that comes in the mail "amount due" a security??

Yes. Learning we are suppose to endorse them and send them to indentured trustee of the company for discharge or crediting the account

@@COOful3 thanks for your reply. I have since heard this as well, although not yet found anyone willing to say that it has worked for him/her.. Aren't we also supposed to pay this indenture trustee? I'm sure they aren't going to do this stuff for free for us Trustees get paid...how exactly though Does the statement get endorsed over to them for more than the amount due?
