Күн бұрынPresident Paul Kagame has charged commissioned officers to be characterised by discipline while delivering military services.
The Head of State made the remarks on November 4 while officiating the pass out of 568 officer cadets who graduated with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) at Rwanda Military Academy in Gako, Bugesera District.

As a Nigerian, I am proud of my African countries; and as a US veteran, this again is so brilliant, superb! Love it, the soldiers' dress and formations are 100% very well organized! Kudos to you all in Rwanda and especially to Paul Kagame, the fearless president! The Rwanda Cadence band music I can dance with it easily, is so sweet to hear!

@@hassanlawal5579 Allow to introduce you a little bit about that Rwanda you guys don’t know..the army you see here is a monoethnic army(Tusti) this group ethnic is only 15% in Rwanda, after they sized power in 1994… everything in Rwanda has became theirs, whereas Hutu of 84% are reduced to second class citizens! So i guess when you guys congratulate Rwandans you mean this minority group that been oppressing the rest of of us!

Paul is just a brilliant president. He should be the president of United Africa! Mr Kigame transformed his country in less than 30 years post genocide without any resources like oil, gas or minerals. He makes us in Nigeria look foolish. He is my type of president!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Strangely in my case it is the first time that I see soldiers from another nation equally magnificent with both men and women. The size on the other hand is wow.. it's..Frankly I'm blown away It's crazy to see what has become of the soldiers of Rwanda

La discipline n'est pas typiquement militaire, elle implique toute une vie des personnes voulant vivre en harmonie avec soi-même et les autres dans la société. My opinion is that if you are going to showcase a hardware like Jeeps and fighting machines it should be locally produced. You cannot have these soldiers in well organized formations riding around in Toyotas. It is embarrassing. Let us be serious Africans.
