It's not a mall, it's a mall like pizzeria. The only clothing options in the Pizzaplex is the merch clothing, and any clothes in the Lost-and-Found.

Hey, if Chica is human, that means she can enjoy pizza WITHOUT needing to go to Parts-and-Service afterwards! Also, when Chica jumped Monty you should've added a jumpscare scream, since FNaF.

But they aren't animatronics during that, they were humans and so they wouldn't be able to make the jumpscare noise they do when they are chica or monty because they can only make the jumpscare because of the voice box they have.

@@richardkirkland6805 Yeh also added with a bit of robot audio to make it sound like an animatronic so humans are not capable of making the exact same noise since there's something added onto the scream to make it sound more realistic of a animatronic.
