This is a complete guide for buying security cameras. This video includes a comparison between wired and wireless cameras. It also compares analog (BNC) surveillance cameras to PoE (digital) cameras and the difference between a DVR and NVR. Once you download the app, it walks you through the very easy set up. The clarity, and range is awesome. I am thinking seriously about adding another camera or two to my 3 camera system. The price is lower than a lot of comparable systems.

Like somebody else below said, i don't rarely comment, but this video got me up from my cozy bed to say couple things. Let me start by saying that the whole reason i'm watching it is, probably like most people here, I've been shopping for a security cameras solution. It's been couple weeks since i started and there were still a lot of things i wasn't sure about, but this video nailed it !!! The way you have broken down all cameras and systems in the beginning was brilliant !!! Now it's clear that (correct me if i'm wrong) BNC, analog, and dvr is one (old) beast, on the other hand PoE, nvr, 4K, digital, Ethernet is a different beast (newer and better). Let me also touch on "wireless" and "wire-free". Finally it makes sense! Now i feel more confident and i believe i know what i'm shopping for. (If anyone care, i'll go with 4K PoE, dome outside and bullet style inside) Thank you !!!!!

This is glorious, I've been looking for "in home surveillance cameras" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Conrayden Surveillance Equalizer - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got amazing success with it.

This is just superb, I have been researching "home surveillance systems wireless reviews" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Conrayden Surveillance Equalizer - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

Normally people comment and like videos. In fact if you don't at least like it's a bit selfish no matter what you are watching. Keep in mind that people that make content receive revenue based largely on likes an comments. For something that makes such a huge difference to them and almost none to you, I'd think about it. I enjoy your videos man. I work at Best Buy and when we get trained on current or new products, the online courses don't get anywhere close in detail as you do in your videos. I'll have to research more details myself which can be annoying at times. It really helps when I'm trying to make a sale and give everyone the information they need. Definitely subscribed.

Hi Chris! I'd been looking at wireless security cameras and saw the Arlo system in a store. Although the sells person seemed very knowledgeable when it came to explaining what the system was about, it was a bit of information overload and I simply couldn't retain most of what he told me because I'm NOT technologically savvy in the least bit so it REALLY helped to have come across your channel! Although you give tons of info about the system as well (and yeah, my head was kinda spinning trying to remember all the different camera lingo) it was okay because I have you to come back to when I need reminding and clarification at the click of my mouse or swipe of my pad! So thanks Chris, for sharing your expertise and staying so abreast of all the new technology! Now I know where to come when I need clear, in-depth and simplified tech info! Yea channel Majestechs!

Thank you for well articulated and knowledgeable videos. I'd been researching home security cameras, and was planning to get something really too much (and wired), until I latched onto some reviews - and particularly yours. I ended up ordering a Ring video doorbell (the "classic"), after spending nearly an hour on the phone with Ring asking questions. I chose it over the stick-up cam, simply because it has a 180 degree field of view vs the 80 degree for the stick-up cam. I also didn't need 4 cameras, dvd, etc., considering my space to cover is relatively small. The battery is going to drain me (as well as itself), but it is a small price to pay for the peace of mind I'm seeking. Also, with the new unlimited plan, I can add more devices later if I decide I really need them. Just thought I'd give you a heads up, they told me on the phone they are going to introducing a new solar panel for the video doorbells within the next few months! This will help, I hope.
