If it had gone to trial Michael would have been found not guilty like in the second one. The father of the boy was the one pushing his son to say MJ molested him because he wanted money because he was in serious debt at the time. The mother was adamant that MJ did NOT molest her son. There is no evidence of MJ ever molesting any kids. The FBI did a 10 plus year investigation on him, even secretly following him to other countries but they eventually had no choice but to shut down the investigation because there was nothing to suggest that MJ was abusing kids. And the father of the kid who pushed his son to lie, he killed himself 2 months after MJ died.
