It was an emotional day for #AlecBaldwin and his family as his involuntary manslaughter case was dismissed Friday.
Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the case based on the misconduct of police and prosecutors over the withholding of evidence from the defense in the 2021 shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film #Rust.
Baldwin cried, hugged his two attorneys, gestured to the front of the court, then turned to hug his crying wife Hilaria, the mother of seven of his eight children.

I am no fan of Baldwin's but yes this should have been dismissed because of the actions of the Prosecutor BUT that does not mean that Baldwin is innocent....the judge felt there was enough evidence to have this case go to court.........I feel so very sorry for Helena Hutchins family....There is a civil case in the works...Just a terrible terrible thing to happen. The Prosecutor has a lot of explaining to do.

Prosecutors blew it and still, the armorer is a PAID, QUALIFIED, RESPONSIBLE EXPERT. Actors aren't. One can't expect a non-expert to be responsible for the work of the paid expert.

Do you honestly believe that Alec Baldwin would do something horrendous like this, purposely, and jeopardize his career?
