Unfortunately, those with pre existing conditions are more likely to suffer complications or die from covid. There are surprisingly side effects for some with covid. I work in healthcare and some of this individuals are having to go on disability and haven't recovered. I believe the financial effects from Covid will be more of a ripple effect. Are we going to deny healthcare coverage to these people because they will now have a pre existing conditions? Reminds me of 911 survivors who were denied healthcare and suffered complications later on.

I think that increasing the supply of housing will cause the price to drop and therefore lead to helping eradicate homelessness. I think electoral reforms are important and as such getting big money out of the elections will help represent the people better than the big money interests that get bull horns with the modern system. I think building walls to fail to fix a problem is ridiculous, I believe in effective evidence based policy. I think increasing training for police officers is good, which also means increasing their funding, and increasing funding for community policing. I like DACA, I like women having a right to choose, despite the fact that I wish they never had to. I like having a president that respects the institutions our country relies on, and communicates a message that these institutions may not be perfect but need to be defended. Joe Biden isn’t perfect, but he supports things I support and while there are other people I would have preferred to vote for, he is the one who got the votes and democracy works the way it works.
