I own two of these sets and the hard to find encore model You should oil all the points and the drive rubber tires should be redone as well

It will work but needs a good oiling and adjustments The needles look fine, I’d leave them be Hard to find

Got mine a year ago but only just found time to start playing with it. It is making the same sort of banging noise with the platters not spinning. Were you able to figure out what was wrong and can a relative novice do anything with it?

The larger plate you have on the bottom belongs on the bottom

i HAVE ONE SANS THE AUDIO CONNECTOR IN THE BACK IT'S A THREE PRONG FEMALE PLUG i WAS ABLETO REMOVE IT TO FIND GROUND SO IT WOULD BE EASIER TO BYPASS THE PLUG WHICH i DID BUT BUT BIT i CAN BARELY HEAR IT THRYU MY SPEAKERS i CANNOT FIND ANY INFO AT ALL ON THIS ISSUE OR JUST ABOUT ANY ISSUES THESE MACHINES HAVE i MADE AN OILING POINT VID SOME YEARS AGO BUT IT WAS MANY YEARS AGO AND i JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY VOLUME IS SO LOW IF i CRAN MY VOLUME TO THE TOP IT ONLY SOUNDS LIKE THE FIRST TWI DETENT CLICKS ON THE ACTUAL VOLUME SO IT SOUNDS LIKE THE VOLUME IS ON ABOUT 1 BUT IT'S ACTUALLY ON 10 ANY ANSWERS? ANY HELP AT ALL? OTHERWISE THE MACHINE RUNS SUPER QUITE AND ALL IS WELL MECHANICALLY ITS JUST THIS DANG VOLUME ISSUE DRIVING ME A BIT BATTY HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
