cuz since 0.4.0 update balloons do that when you move your mouse cursor on them some kind of "highlighting" of the balloon

Realising this mod uses the BBCR OST thanks for playing music rather than the BB+/BBCR IN-GAME one I can tell because the swing isn't properly swinging in the BBCR OST version, the quick gap gets shorter and shorter and then starts spacing out again until it gets to the correct swing and stops there oh wait nvm seems the BB+ midi doesn't swing correctly in the actual game... yet the sound file for it does(???)
