Leni- I moved away from my family age 20. It was so difficult to be so far away. Then came children and financially its not possible with the school schedule and to buy that many plane tickets for kids, spouse and your self. Its a tough decision to make. I am glad you got to come home. Now you understand how special that is.

They applied a second time and it was not approved but after the third try it was approved right away. My point is to apply more than one time for the Visa, the paper work must get lost or in the wrong person's hands. 😊 Do not give up..😊
