and the worst thing is if you meet someone and you didn't really like talking to them but they did and you don't want to make them feel butad by saying let's never talk again so instead what you do is say "see you soon!" Then never see them again until a really inconvenient place like Walmart and it's like.......

I had this somewhat obviously... young and racist friend, he'd listen to loud music in public, be racist for seemingly no reason, have "many dates thanks to apps" so when I met him almost 5 months later after we got out of the same school grade thing in a grocery store, he was with some girl I straight up asked "Another girlfriend huh? Didn't your previous 3 leave you for pretty much drinking?" He... of course wasn't happy about that but didn't lose his cool and just tried to have a nice chat with me though I wanted to cut ties but not right there.

Gosh you literally wrote the exact thing which happens in my life. I know someone from my high school (we get along well ngl) but she's a disgusting weeboo who likes to fetishize gay people, a classic wattpad user. She always wants to make phone calls with me and i'm done with it, but she had problems in her past life (she's kinda unstable) so i don't want to hurt her feelings.

Large blurb of text incoming as this reminds me of something interesting. You are warned! For the record, I use "shrimp" as plural and singular and I like grammar, but I'm starting to believe that as long as the spelling conveys an idea it can be mispelled. For instance, the idea of the "selfs". Why do we write "myself" and not "my self?" When the word is disected like this, it insinuates that we aren't referring to the essence of us, but to our physical bodies (at least from just me thinking about it), and thus under that context, someone "keeping to hisself" would be grammatically correct. Etymology is very, very interesting to me haha. Did you know that a buccaneer's original job was a frenchmen smoking meat in the Caribbean? Then the Spanish came and taxed the buccaneers heavily, leading to the cookers fighting with pirates and go "buccaneer" the Spanish?

This reminds me of a history professor I had.
