Balaji DK an IAS officer has spoken about his life and discusses seeing the unseeable & the "power of unconventional decisions".
Coming from a sleepy non descriptive town called koratagare in Karnataka he had seen everything & achieved everything that he wanted to accomplish at the national level. In the event of TedX by SV University he talked about how his mind dealt with such things and took unconventional decisions in that tender formative age & which he believed made him what he is today, he said the set of unconventional decisions powered him to get uncharted from the seeable possibilities & to venture into the domain of unseeable possibilities at a very young age, then onwards he hates choosing a normal conventional path that anybody would take.
Later when he found out IAS is the most difficult exam in the country, the seeds of IAS were sown into his concise & he worked hard on every requirement & he chased everything leaving no stone unturned.
He believes every human endeavor seems to realize some possibilities but unfortunately, most of us tend to channel our energy to realize only those possibilities that are palpable, perceptible, & seeable, He said beyond this set of seeable possibilities lies a vast ocean of unseeable possibilities that are far more rewarding, far more remunerative & far more exciting, he asked future generations fear not to take unconventional decisions and to march towards goals because the sky is the limit.
