When an application for partition under section 135 of Land Revenue Act is filed before Revenue Officer (usually Tehsildar), notices are served to other co-sharers. Naqsha Alif, Bay and Jeem are prepared and finally mutations are sanctioned. So, if during the partition proceedings, any injustice is done by the Revenue Officer for example the possession of precious land (might be on the road) is given to other co sharer and you are given barren land or cheap land (might be on back side), you can approach to the higher forums of Revenue Hierarchy and if found no justice there, you can also approach to the High Court getting share in your land according to your ownership.
