E6 87.2% (99.3% CR with Fu Xuans 12%) (just need 1% more on rope for 100+% base) 204.8 Cd (234.8 with the E1 Fu). 3200+ atk but base side only... which is ok because seele comes equipped with a Bronya @ 143 spd and 220.7% cd and keel. In the end with bronya she's at almost 300% Cd 100% Cr and since she's over e2 her speed climbs to a respectable 173+ in 2 skill casts. She's a force of nature.

@@nightsxgames That Seele sounds like a menace holy shit lmao, mine is E1 currently, hopefully I can get E2 and her signature once her rerun next patch drops, she is equipped with Sleep like the dead and she hard carries wherever I put her.

​@@manuelbonelli3690 yes there's a cap, 8 stacks by default and increased to I think 12(?) when you enhance the Blessings. You immediately LOSE EVERY STACK when any enemy take a single turn, so Hunt is pretty hard to play unless you're Seele.

yeah once she starts getting multiple resurgence procs her motion values start climbing up - she also has so many ways to increase her damage with her buffed state (and res pen), speed and even the quantum set of course being broken for def ignore she'll be a great unit for the long run :)

resurgence is such a unique and fun mechanic that i'll never get tired of it

It's far from "abusive", it isn't even good in this mode. AOE DPS is better, in fact I would go as far to say that it is NECESSARY, for the average player. Resurgence only works if you manage to kill the small bugs fast enough, and by fast enough, I mean almost one shotting consistently. Without a hypercarry team it's impossible without insanely good luck, and even with a hypercarry team you still need good luck for your supports to not get one shotted. My team of Fire MC, Seele, Silver Wolf and Natasha went absolutely NOWHERE in Swarm Disaster and only managed to clear Diff 3 once. All other Diff 3 attempts were failures.

@@orangenoob2768 I mean clearly this video proves it at Diff 5. Seele needs a ton of investment for her to work in the first place. This mode also relies a lot on your luck on blessings. I didn't say she was the best in this mode, she is just fun. And if you're lucky enough she does become abusive in swarm disaster.

This is false. Her ult explicitly says that she gets the buff and you can actually see a buff appear during the ult animation. You only do this to get 30 more energy.

Seele's ult already gets the buff just by using it, no need to get resurgence

yeah i feel like even if i react fast enough it's tough to time - in swarm i just unga bunga but it's very useful in moc!

The speed boost alone makes her worth to build. especially in moc where turns matter.

yeah i think i had dewdrops but it mostly had to do with critical boosts and the stacks transferring so everyone got insane crit ratios!

@@restart6358 we have 2 end game content SU and MoC, one has giga buffs other is boss rush so I am not sure what problem content you have where powercreep for Seele exists

I just acknowledge she got powercreeped, that's it, you can clear content with arlan and himeko or herta, but there are characters who stronger than them, and we don't know if content(moc) will get harder or not, if we keep getting more stronger characters

@@restart6358 I have both Lunae and Seele, my Seele still can hit for 100-200k depending on buffs. IL doing 100k-200k as well but its not all single target. Lunae does bigger dmg than Seele on his basic attacks, but thats what his whole kit is based on, his ult dmg is mediocre compared to his basic atk.

He doesnt spend anything till the very end, not even rerolling blessings. Then he got the silver coin, which improved his cosmic fragments even further. Also, he had the 30% discount curio, which was the one who gave him the possibility to upgrade them all (without it he wouldnt be able)

@@naonerfemoasol.9336not spending at all is nigh impossible. He must’ve encountered good occurences (some give up to 400 fragments).

Its takes luck, good occurences(some give extra blessing of current path), and good curios to get all blessing.

@@muhammadshafek9788 Yeah, I see. That Ruan Mei occurrance is so awesome, when you can obtain all the blessing of some path.

you have to eat a lot of planar disarray but it's totally worth it if you manage to snag the right blessings - that being said you'll need to make sure the enemy doesn't move much or else you'll still get one shot 😭

propagation is super interesting as well to run with her and i'll have to try that too!

This dude can make any character look good, that's what his content is based on. Even Asta is doing 300k dmg here. Pull for Seele if you actually like the character, but if you're thinking that Seele is going to be uber gooby godly like this all the time, you're going to be disappointed

I specifically built luocha with low atk (like 2500 my seele is 3200) just because of this... he heals so much that the super high atk is overkill usually anyway

YEP that's such an odd problem and i have to nerf his attack EVERY time - he still heals a ridiculous amount so it's usually not too big of a deal
