For this episode I used the Beta of Adobe’s Podcast AI to remove a goodly amount of wind noise and quite a bit of background noise including a diesel locomotive rumble just off to the left of the frame. I left in a bit for ambiance and went with 65 on their sliding scale. More enhancement, like 80-90 seemed to affect the speech a bit and sounded more unnatural.
I also tried out riverside.fm for their automatic captioning. I had to do a few corrections but it wasn’t bad.
