This tends to move on my aero seatpost, every time i centre it, it moves away from position Reacto 5000

Hello, please pull the silicone straps from end to end so that it is tightly tied to the aero seatpost.

kzfaq.infoMzVY_5l0N84 An improved seatpost mount is needed. The rubber mount vibrates very easily, which ruins the footage. If your are able to secure the camera tightly, then the footage is quite good.

My device does not turn on, only the green light remains fixed, but the led lights do not turn on, it does not record either. Could you help me?

@cristopherbuguenogarrote9046 hi Christopher I send an email to magicshine explaining the issue with the camera ,They sent me a new cable and said that with that cable you can reset the camera and solve the problem and about a week after the email I got the usb cable

@@cristopherbuguenogarrote9046 After connecting the new cable, the green light turned off and started flashing red and I was able to turn it off.
