Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Chili Flakes - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Maldives dry fish - 1 tbsp
Tamarin Juice - 1 tbsp
Cardamon - 2
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon
Oil - 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves and Pandan Leaves
පාන් පිටි - 300g
යීස්ට් - 2 tsp
ලුනු - ½ tsp
මද රස්නෙ වතුර - 100ml / අවශ්‍ය පරිදි
සීනි සම්බලේ සදහා
කපාගත් බී ළුණු - 250g
පොඩියට කපාගත් සුදුළුණු - 2 tbsp
කෑලි මීරිස් - 2 tbsp
සීනි - 4 tbsp
උම්බලකඩ - 1 tbsp
සියබලා යුෂ - 1 tbsp
කරදමුන්ගු - 2
කරාබුනැටි - 2
කුරුදු පොතු
තෙල් - 3 tbsp
