I love this band, I like that they keep posting a lot of live videos that’s where you can see a bands true colors. These guys aren’t doing anything different tho, this isn’t some new genre bending music it’s a very forgotten about medium of music most have grown on from

just discovered this band yesterday while jamming out on Spotify and i assumed it was one of their 2005 bands that i missed out on, only to see the date 2019! i'm absolutely hooked i've always loved that sound. i'll be going for a run tomorrow morning and going through the album again

So the "dance" parts are the Sass of it? To me it just sounds like what bands like Heavy Heavy Low Low and Duck Duck Goose were doing 10 years ago. I dig it but I'm not giving it a new genre name.

Those bands were considered Sasscore and other Genre names. The Genre name has been around a long time just not really used much. Here in chicago i have heard the term used before like 9 years ago when i first got into this type of music
