Na… Not really.. its slow because it is PAL but in person almost 0 lag!

It looks slower because it's PAL. Pal refresh rate is 50hz so often they slowed the games down to match the lower refresh rates on PAL televisions. It has nothing to do with input lag though.

Tem varias resolucoes . Podes ajustar o ratio na app dps pelo wifi manualmente

Tambem tenho uma GBS igual a essa, comprei da RetroScaler. É mesmo incrivel. Tenho a minha Sega Saturn ligada dessa maneira. Só uma pergunta mano, as SCARTs têm de ser mesmo RGB ou com as normais tambem funciona?

Alguns jogos são otimizados para sistemas PAL, aí fica semelhante ao que encontramos em sistemas NTSC 60hz. Sonic 2 é um exemplo.

You have to use a RGB cable… maybe thats why!

Looking more at it, while it is an official sega branded cable, it doesn't use all the pins, so maybe it's from a time where sega used composite cables to cut costs, i found one on ebay that seems to use way more pins so i ordered it, i hope it will fix it

No cabo composto em TV digital, diretamente, apenas deixo a nitidez ou definição da imagem no mínimo, ou quase isso, e obtenho resultado satisfatório. Um bom exemplo são jogos com "dithering" (pontilhamento). Válido pra qualquer console da geração "128 bit" pra baixo ou antecessor.
