I’ve had my Segway GT2 for about three months and, I love it! I’m an old guy (75) and this scooter has added so much joy to my life that I can’t begin to describe it!

Viewing reviews on the gt2 for a little over 3 weeks now I’ve seen on almost every single video at least one thing that’s been said that is wrong. For instance when you guys said it doesn’t have regen braking, it does it actually has automatic regem braking in the rear wheel when applying the rear brake. In a time where there is so much mis-information and dis-information I think it’s important to stay ahead of everyone else and make sure you do a little extra research on something to make sure you are saying the correct things. Besides that I love the video thanks for it! I ordered my gt2 about 4 days ago I’m excited to get it!

I own Ninebot G30 and my kids have a Xiaomi Pro2. The G30 is so much better build, so much smoother. Segway builds awesome scooters. After this review I really want a GT 2. Thanks guys, awesome review!

Great video! That thing is a beast. Yes, it's not the fastest in its class, but who honestly rides that fast? Eat sh*t at 70+kmh and you're going to be a meat crayon at best, dead at worst. I prefer the technology and build quality on that over an insane top speed 99% of people will never use. My current scooter tops at 70kmh and I ride it 42kms round trip daily at 55-60kmh most of the way. I feel no need to go faster. That's fast, but still slow enough to have reaction time for obstacles and random debris. As for prize? I say Eevee's gift card is your best bet. That way you can please everyone. Hoping the GT1 delivers a similar experience as I have one on pre order down under in Australia 🇦🇺 From my understanding it does deliver in riding and comfort yet missing in the luxury department such as traction & cruise control, including the Star Wars dash, a little in range and speed but I can live with that. Now I have the dreaded decision on what to keep and what to sell as I only just picked up a 2022 Apollo City Pro. Love the new content gear that you are running I almost felt as though I was there on the ride with ya’ll!

I`ve been hesitating whether to get this scooter and I`ve watched many reviews going through all the pros/cons but watching how much fun you had riding that huge thing (I`m talking about the GT2) was certainly the best "advertisement" of what you get when you buy this thing.

This just amped me up for Megatron to come in this week! Super stoked after hearing the excitement coming from both of you. Coming from a Max G2 and P100 I’m sure it’ll be a little learning curve.

I'd almost buy it for the twist throttle alone. I'd ride it on country back roads close to top speed so the range would be an issue for me but still VERY attractive scoot, reminds me of Honda motorcycle build quality.

Nice format with the insta360. That beast of a scoot looks crazy. I ride EUC but appreciate reviews on other rides. Just throwing it out there, some V12 honeycomb pedals? ✌️

Loved the insta videos with the riding. The footage gives me that rush of energy to go out and ride. Think the prize should be a michelin city pro tire.

I got my Gt2 yesterday and I need help, The rear suspension Makes a little knocking noise when it springs back I set it all the way to slow rebound and still makes the knocking noise but not that loud.when I got it it didn't make that sound as I can remember is it just me or? Please if anyone knows if this is normal or not tell me please.Also the noise is not lound and the suspension works like it should only the noise concerns me.

great in debt review guys, I love it, and I want one, I am trying to see where I can get this in Spain, the limit here is 25km which is really shit but is there a way to put it down to this speed limit and when you want to you can bump it up when police not around haha can they see or check that this scooter is faster than the limit? or is there a way to hide this hehe

Are you guys an authorized repair center for Segway scooters? If not and anything goes wrong with that scooter that someone will have to pay shipping both ways to get it fixed in Michigan. Keep that in mind if you buy a Segway scooter. There are three authorized centers in the US to fix their Scooters. They are happy to sell them but won't allow their dealers to fix them.

I have a question, I have a gt2 when the scooter is on the park it is quiet but when I turn on any of the eco modes or sport from below something gently hums, is it normal? And when he switches to the park after a few seconds, is it quiet again? Is this some kind of cooling system?

Hey that's traction control, not torque vectoring. Torque vectoring means distributing the torque differently left-to-right to make turning easier. No regen braking sounds like a lot of wasted energy. I could see the refinement from all the videos. I'm glad Segway/Ninebot made this whole package instead of just stuff a giant battery/motor to a regular scooter. All in all a very exciting product.

Seems awesome, but even my V12 has bigger battery. Such big, heavy and expensive scooter should have at least 3000 Wh 😂

Unfortunately, reliability of these things are terrible there’s probably like five different KZfaqrs who have had to have them repaired for various issues.

As a Xiaomi Pro 2 user this is indeed a huge upgrade over it! Never ridden a Super e-scooter before so this might be it! Glad you guys are kiwi hehe! Waiting for the Segway GT1 & GT2 to be imported to NZ during summer 2022! 😃🛴

No it's an amazing scooter, I'm not sure it's safe to say it's the best scooter ever made? Maybe the most overpriced and the most specs LOL but there are a lot of good scooters out there and I just got my brand new mantis 10 V2 and that's an amazing scooter too! This is my fourth scooter I own and they will be for my son but I have long-term goals and dreams for these as well.. but be safe all and ride safe
