Mitchell made his way out to Vegas for CES 2024 and these are his favorite electric scooter, electric bikes, and electric motorcycles from the show! Visually they may look uncomfortable, but I didn't hear any complaints, just that they were unique and a little funky. Might be a try before a buy.

Gotta say it again... So glad Mitchell joined Rider Guide. Love his thoughts on these devices. These products look great, especially the ones from Segway. For sure have an eye on those e-bikes! If they can avoid the absurdly high prices we usually see for e-bikes, I'll likely add one to the PEV collection this year.

ST1 is an answer to the failed P100S ( which I own ). They took the GT2 suspension and put it on the P100S. For anyone who wants to buy scooters from Segway - Wait 2 years. If a scooter is on the market for the second year, it's good. If it's not, it's trash, like the P100S that falls apart, cracks everywhere and is not present at CES, so it might be discontinued. Add to that Stiff suspension you mentioned. Suspension on the P100S was so stiff that after scooter broke down and went back to the Segway G30 without suspension I felt it was more comfortable than the P100S with suspension.

Only the ST2 has the double wishbone suspension from the GT2. The ST1 only has a fork on the front.

I completely disagree i have P100S and its phenomenal scooter i also owned Segway GT2 and GT2 megaton edition which is my favorite of all its truly like Ferrari of scooter everything everything is high quality build P100S is perfect NOT too heavy its portable decent speed 30MPH i never has no issues with suspension brakes are phenomenal I'm impressed with the range its already build in charging brick you only have to carry charging cable.

OUCH....Sorry you had a bad experience with your P100s. I guess I'm glad (knocking on wood) that I haven't experience any issues with mine. That scooter a beast and can handle the NYC streets. I am curious about the ST series though and how it compares to the P100s and P65 when it comes to range and comfort. I wonder if the ST2 will have hydraulic brakes 🤔

@@coolshariq im with you on this one good buddy!! Ive been rocking a Segway p65 since P100s and P65 were still in kick starter.... I have put over 3K miles in 1 year and we are still rollin strong! I love the ability to fold it up , throw it in the whip and get loose.. Best is that I unlocked mine so It goes a shit load faster than the "25mph".... When I first unlocked it , my speeds hit 30MPH (GPS recorded data). Then a couple of firmwares and updating the app sealed the gapping hole... I weaseled around it and unlocked again and my average speed is 26 -27mph (GPS recorded data)....

Yeah no. Theres a reason handlebars are rounded not squared off. Good luck staying comfortable after 20 minutes.

that can't be a comfortable position to have your hands in over time on that scooter. Zatori should've rethought this through, that to me doesn't look like a ergo friendly position. either way, mitchell as always makes the videos a pleasant one, such a cool dude!

What would you get, the ZATORI or the new Apollo Go? I have an OKAI es 20 my only point of comparison and my first kick scooter which I intend to keep as works well for my commute , thank you!

The ST1 looks good, but it also looks heavy. The E2 Pro is a bit disappointing. It couldve had lightweight suspension and a small tail to compensate for the small deck.

I'd love to see how an ST2 would compare to the Apollo City Pro, as nothing really competes with it in to my knowledge. Unfortunately the ST1 isn't anywhere on Segway's site that I can see. It's only in a picture for their CES lineup, but no links

The Zatori ST 1, looks like something a NON scooter riding Apple designer would design. A laughable design, from the flat front handlebars, to the massively proportioned and odd angled rear tail. Different design, doesn't equal good design.

Agreed I’d like to see a budget scooter with premium features but no unnecessary features like a odometer just give me a simple speedometer and battery life indicator I don’t care how many miles I’ve put on it

F2 pro front end turned out to be shit 1000km in and its loud and has stem wobble ive had to change it to monorim suspension and thats not much better
