It looks like it will come with a battery blender kit option, adding a second square battery side by side. I can see mod'rs using this space accordingly 🤔

@@J.D.Vision I'm guessing they will keep it a 48V to keep cost down and also top speed no matter what shouldn't go over 28 mph. Someone like myself could throw in a powerful controller and build a custom 72 or 96V battery for serious speed. Most will keep it at legal stock spec so us modders will be under the radar unlike Surrons. Those tires are beefy and I wonder if a motorcycle equivalent could be swapped in.

I believe the step through bike is the one with the 750w, not the Xyber.

Yeah, the more I look at it I think the more that I like it. After further inspection of some other images and videos that people took on the floor, it looks to be around 3000 W at first glance. Looking at the cable management system from the battery put it around 2000 W or higher. So I guess the bike could probably be around around that $4000 range or maybe even more. What are your thoughts?

@@MikeFede - Agreed, especially like you said in the video, the second battery would add a lot to the price.... I'd like to see rollers (a complete bike w/ no motor) like that where you can add any motor, battery, and controller combo you wanted. Then we can add anything from a 36v 750w motor to a 72v+ 20kw setup w/ a 300a controller... 😁👍

@@xpndblhero5170 What a great idea - sell naked frames but with all the lights, throttles, etc. just none of the 'kit' - battery controller and motor.

I just bought the GT2 for $2,500.... Right off of their site. That's definitely not overpriced for that scooter.

@@jasonmelo9379 Last month Minimotors was selling the Bluetran Lightning for 2k. That thing will blow the doors off of a GT 2, and it has a larger battery. You can buy a Vsett10+ for $1,700 now. It's a bit slower than the GT 2 0-30 but has a slightly higher top speed, and it has the same size battery. You can get a Wolf Warrior 11 Pro that can go 10 mph faster than the GT 2 and has a larger battery for $100 more than you just paid. When the GT 2 was released it cost 4,200 (ridiculous). You could get a WKGT for cheaper than that and it stomps all over the GT 2. So yes, Segway scooters are overpriced.

Why do i keep seeing 2700? Not only this video. But i guessed around that too. 2700 is still high but since its new its justified. But i felt like they would milk the consumers cos its new so i was expecting more of a 4000 price rance.

I didn’t mention anything that would “ pick a side” of Apple or android. 😂 I think that’s just silly that people argue over what one prefers when it comes to the ecosystem, but you’re probably right, people will look to fight over anything these days.
