@@ulisesventocillasalvador7217 My team is roughly 240-250 on vio will. Prioiritze max res and tanky stats on the whole team. I prefer tiana personally, unless I'm not taking turn one in which case I "cleave" with a shield will shizuka to help reset buffs and debuffs for even more safety. In which case I even use shizuka leader instead of triss. I sometimes find that helps me be slower than tian lang Amduats, which can be annoying if I move first.

i got light ciri and seeing this made me realise that the units, while not being op or anything, are a shitton of fun. She actually made me play arena seriously for the first time in 8 years and i climbed from fighter 2-3 to conqueror 2-3 in one day, because i played so much

Cheers for the video. I've been saying it the whole time haha. She's the strongest AO for me at the moment, super fast super safe on 100 acc 100 res. I often slot in Ganymede in case some weird defenses have something that need resetting. I am also considering replacing Rica with Fire Geralt. It's less dot potential than Rica, but the high chance to stun is better than slows in my view. And it's always overkill anyway, better to add safety than dots. I also tend to turn 2 if they have no immunity setters like Trianas, or annoying units I'd need to strip like Pontos and Nigongs. In this case the foxes are both phenomenal. Tomoe is super offensive and can spread the cleanse block, as well as the fact that Triss dots are single target. Don't even need a secondary dotter sometimes. I also love turn 2 shizuka. After I go with my triss and my dots+control, I reset my shield will and I press auto. Triss Tiana Ganymede _Dots_ however is my most consistent team in guardian. It's just nice having an irresistable reset for the occasional Nigong. Also funnily enough? Yes Camilla isn't a problem, yes Abelio isn't a problem. But Ariel is now. No worse feeling than an Ariel resisting everything and turning 10 dots into 10 heals and now I lose momentum. So yeah. TLDR, one dotter is enough, both Rica AND sath is overkill, everything dies anyway haha, so I use Ganymede instead. Gany prevents the major counters, and he can also just reset your Rica or whatever you choose anyway on the next wave. Also I always thought it was stupid to even entertain the thought of using Light Triss in ToA Hell. So it's funny to me that people always bashed her in PvP and said "whoo, ToA unit" when she sucks there. Most people don't actually do ToA Hell, and uh...yeah, as a light triss owner myself, she's overrated for ToA Hell. She sucks. ToA is run like it's Faimon, and ToA Hard is also pathetic, so....and ToA Hell is about satisfying conditions, and Triss is just a "Win harder" button, not a "I provide a key piece of utility in this team" unit. There is 0 room for her, especially since her passive doesn't even work on the boss floor, which is the hardest. If Loren, Ran, Verde, Jade, Gany, Verad, Spectra, Bolverk, etc were all 10/10 units, and baretta is a 5/10, Light Triss is a solid 2/10 cuz at least baretta provides control. The one exception is against the fermion stage, since she doubles as heal block and a light tank, and lives as long as you have Jade in the team.

Tomoe could be an interesting unit to incorporate into this comp, but her aoe atb reduction would mean the enemies dies from dots slower. As I was limit testing this comp, I also got wrecked by an Ariel aoe cleanse 😅. I might try to incorporate gany against some ads

@@BserkValerth For sure, it's a tradeoff of speed and safety and I just prefer the latter since to me, it's fast enough anyway. Also why I prefer Tiana over Chiwu, even though chiwu can make the Halphas fights way faster. It's for this reason I prefer Shizuka if I'm turn2ing, it's just so much more reliable - even though the whole team has 100 res, adding shield will again midgame makes it so much safer. Tomoe is a last ditch for battles where I have too many to cleanse block, like Juno Camilla Abelio etc. But those die to Jamire snipes pretty handily anyway, so I don't care. But yeah, to me the BIGGEST issue is actually prolonged fights, outspeeding, and self reliant immunity sustain units. Vampire Mannon, for example, I lose to on occasion if I can't afford to reset her with Gany for someone else and too many things miss.

I'm currently using Bloodya (Fire Devil Girl) as backup strip/followup since her S2 strips and slows and her 3rd applies dots and decreases attackbar. Might be a good addition to the team as well, or maybe if you don't have a Rica.

went ahead and did some arena offense because of her, (i never did much arena before so my record was c1) and i pushed all the way to g2 (not rush hour), just staring at abellio defenses like gourmet food, and weirdly enough i found that fire yennefer works really well with a light triss dot team if she decides to cooperate when i do choose her

Enjoy your streams! Have light triss and units ive been having fun with her and Asima is pretty crazy. Just pulled Bloodya who seems like an interesting unit paired with her with her aoe strip with decrease attack speed skill 2 and skill 3 aoe 3 hit adding 2 contin dmg each hit and decrease attack bar too. arena attak 44% lead. I had Sera water cow girl and been messing around with her. Skill 2 different than Loren as it strips enemies and contin dmg. skill 3 hits times conin dmg. And will do some damage dependng how you build. I also found that provoking units can force enemy to move not touching light triss so Nora was interesting to use with her too. And lets not forget her family members which the water has a passive with single target strip a contin dmg with her skill 2 the same as light triss that stops units from cleansing debuffs. This unit is part of what i call Fun incorporated Series lol. Now that the non collab versions are finally out i like to see if anyone in rta g gets her and tries her out. I would love to see other streamers try her and showcase. i wouldnt mind if they used mine.

@@Seiishizo do you ever log in to peoples account to test units for videos? I really want to start rta but would love to see someone good at rta actually make a couple of comps and see what they do. I wouldnt care about win or lose just learn. Maybe even go on a call if you wanted for stream and content for youtube. I have a lot of my elemental box filled and 9 ld5s that are really good to good! Either way love watching these videos and streams. GG's

@@BserkValerth If shit hits the fan, and there's too many misses, a vampire mannon allowing herself to setup through any means (whether it was vanessa and unlucky turn order making it revive, or you got CC'd somehow unluckily, or you got cucked by a Tian lang), a vampire mannon will solo. These situations are rare though, and I'm guilty of hitting absolutely every defense with variations of Triss comps for fun, even if the matchups are bad. But again, I run ganymede, which is even safer, so mannon and rakan are literally never threats, unless paired with both tian lang (so I can't tiana) AND an extra target who takes my gany reset (like triana or ariel) But I feel the "paired with both tian lang AND" argument shows how rare this is. It's technically the mannon killing me still tho hahaha, even tho the other members are what caused the problem.

Clears about as fast as a gemini chilling cleave while being a billion times safer and tankier. And needing not even close to a quarter of the rune quality to do so. Looks fun to play for sure for the lucky (or having a few thousand € to spare type of lucky) people summoning her. Less so when you realize that your +220 chiling cleave featuring a +200 nuker set that took you years of only gb12 to even be able to tune is just powercrept in pure clearing speed by 4 tanks.

can you please try light triss with water triss because of both passives?, do they stack so if anything takes damage they get continuous damage and then the other people take damage and loop or does it not work

I tested water triss in this type of aoe dot team. She doesn't provide much because she only applies one dot to one enemy regardless of how many dots damaged the other enemy. It would be cool if water triss passive applied multiple dots at once

Hm I think Bael would be even better for aoe cleanse block + aoe dots. Only issues is at least 30% chance to crit camillas. Would the cleanse block apply before the cleanses from the crit?

if i had to say a weird complaint, triss has the worst s1 healblock chance for a single hit s1, at max skill triss has 75%, death knights have 80%, joker and bayek have 100%, i cant tell what com2us wants of the debuff because they cant even decide how much activation chance it needs

What if you do something like, (turn order) Ethna single target strip, Triss cleanse block+dots, orochi s3 dotts and sath aoe dots, even if the rest of the team has full will they all go to 1 HP, ethna comes back in and s2 for the kill

I typed a whole essay on why the team is bad and realized nobody wants to read it. This won't work past fighter, though, for many many reasons. Creative, but you're overestimating the damage in one rotation of single target dots. And you have nothing to cover for the other 3 units, who will be weaker but healthy enough to wreck you. The video is the optimal team for killing. Safer variants replace Haegang and Rica for Tiana and Fire Geralt, and do not use Sath at all, in favor of supportive utility like Tomoe, Shizuka, Ganymede, or even an extra control unit. I have used Verad before. Ganymede is the king of safety though. I realize this is just a bunch of premium nat fives, but in my defense we're talking about a LD 5 here haha. Most people who have one likely have a good number of this list anyway, unless super new f2p and lucky.

Damn, i thought Light triss was the worst ld5 in the game. But to hold onto that audacity, Sath and Rica are the ones actually making her work. Also still bs that shes completely null against bosses since her s1 and s2 almost do nothing.

I do not use sath and rica, I use fire geralt and ganymede. Slower but way safer. And she requires a team, just like tiana. Tiana isn't doing the killing, she's just allowing the team to do what they do due to her unique skill. So the sath and rica agument is the same as "well it's not tiana, it's galleon X" And triss allows a camilla to 100-0 itself while the other team dies, even if nothing's on herself. She also allows dot teams to hit into junos. Those are uniquely a triss thing, not sath or rica.

@@Michael-pz4gm I mean, just sath is good enough and he's a 2a. I sometimes get free wins in siege with thrain sath gina though admittedly not a super high rank. I do kinda wish I got light Triss now tho. Testing her in the witcher dungeon was super fun, just hate how she's shafted in boss battles
