This dude is on the ball! Seiko's website said it "releases in July" it's July 3rd and my man already on it. Respects! This thing is beautiful! I do however wish they'd do a ceramic bezel and a sunburst dial instead. That'd look INSANE.

got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on mamacoo 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.

I like it but id like to see Seiko playing with titanium for their divers a bit more again. Bring the beef down a bit on the wrist for all day comfort.

i was going to get this as my first red watch, but i realized their datewheel is in black. It just looks like a mole on the dial, i can't, seriously should be same colour to make the datewheel disappear. Think i will go for the black dial.

So they are around the same price as the old King-Samurais/Turtles? Goodbye Seiko, i am off to Squale-Land. My bad but the issue i got with this is that my AD tells me they may discontinue all older models since he can't get them atm and has to clarify with Seiko. I know inflation is a thing but at this point you are starting to get better offers from literally every brand other then Seiko. They are probably gonna discontinue all older models with the 6R35 from the Prospex-Land collection next since they already replaced the Sharp-Edge Series.

It should be stated that this watch is a combination of Seiko’s Shogun and Samurai models and draws design aesthetics from both. It’s the “Shog-urai” not Samurai!
