The gingerbread barton compliments the white dial well. The light brown goes well and the white stitching carry's that tone throughout the whole package tying it together nicely.

I already own the 033 and decided to add the 035 to the collection, I've lucked out as I bought pre owned and it comes with the Barton Gingerbread and Hadley Roma Black (have to wonder if the owner watched this video heh) super cool content as always.

Thanks for making this video. I own the SARB033 and 035 and while I keep the 033 on the bracelet, I have been looking for a leather strap for the 035. The dark brown Hadley Roma fits the bill perfectly! The off-white stitching matches the dial of the watch and imparts a little "informality" to the usually more formal crocodile pattern. Actually a very nice strap for only $25. The tan looks nice as well.

I love this watch. The only think I will change is replacing the hands for brushed GS hands and a blue seconds hand. I put in in Uncle Seiko Jubilee and my SARB 033 in a President bracelet. Very versatile watches, from sporty to dress by just adding a leather strap.

Just ordered a 035 from Amazon Global, still have stock for under £400. Couldn't find a cost effective 033 so went with the white. I'm so glad I did having seen these straps, that dark brown Roma set it off perfectly. Great vid, thanks for sharing.

@@achillesdanieladam9486 It's really up to you. They sent me a Seiko 5 at first, had it returned but the second was new with plastic protectors etc. Is the 6R15D so the latest variation. I paid £384 delivered which is more than you're seeing. It's a nice watch, not as cream as I thought, boring on the standard bracelet but comes alive with a strap change. I'm happy for the money paid for my tiny 6.1 inch wrists.

Very useful video, thanks. Brown, grey, black, beige are too safe with the SARB035. They all work but it really pops with a bit of pumpkin orange, or bluey green teal or pastel shades even. The more wacky the better IMO.

@@tristanpouw702 "Je ne sais pas quoi" is correct french but in a different context, if it's followed with a verb like "Je ne sais pas quoi faire." "Je ne sais quoi" is just a spoken expression for "something making a difference but not sure what". It's the only context where it's used. It somehow became part of the English language and sounds a little fancy. In french it's just normal spoken language, nothing special about it. Most French people wouldn't know it's also used in English.

minitwatch, I have a weird problem... I've ordered 2 Hadley Roma MS834 Dark Brown straps, but they keep coming not as dark, and more reddish than they should be. I even ordered a 22mm version from amazon that looked like the darkness I wanted, and it was in fact as dark as it is supposed to be appear, but I couldn't use it as it is 22mm. Could you please let me know how you got yours, or provide the specific link? Pretty please!?

On the used market they aren't ridiculously priced. Also, once acquired it is quality enough to use for decades and will likely never drop too far below what you paid for it. Scrape and save. You'll have the cash before long and the outcome will be very reinforcing. Good luck, man.

@@karatekid3153 I have this exact watches. I bought the snkl45 since I didn´t have a black dial watch and it is extremely dressy and beautiful, the case hugs my wrist perfectly. I just got a second hand sarb035 and I plan to wear it on the barton espresso leather strap.

Congrats on getting the A6500, it should be able to record 4k@60fps. Personally, I'd take 1080p@60fps content over 4K@30fps. And can I just say... the little intro clip is easily my favorite out of all the channels I'm subscribed to. Little reminiscent of the Stranger Things intro theme. Just cool and timeless.

It will definitely make it more sporty. To me, there is no such thing as a no no when it comes to straps. If you like it, to hell with anyone's little feelings :p
