I just received the bracelet for my SBDC 053 and it is now complete, the 053 has to be Seiko’s best all around diver in its Prospex line ..it is an absolute stunner! I love this watch and it has taken away my desire for the MM300 and other related divers.

What an absolute and complete beast! That said ,the bezel is gloriously polished and glossy as is the dial.just too big for most but for those who can pull it off, a great choice.

Another nice vid Bruce. I had the SBEX005 with the blue wave dial. It was insane. But it was hard to live with. Every time I wore it, my wrist suffered PTSD. It was seriously hefty. It was like wearing a kettlebell on your wrist. I'm a pretty light guy so it was just too big for me. If you look like The Rock, yep fine. I still miss it though.

Titanium titan! Gargantuan beast with beauty in style and execution. Happy should be those who get one of them. Even more those who can actually wear it.

If only Seiko made a smaller and thinner version for us who like smaller watches!!
