Ingredients:
400g sugar
300ml Coconut Milk
4 eggs
4 pieces of Marie Biscuit
2 cups of water
1 inch of ginger
Directions:
*Please make sure that all the ingredients is prepare before start cooking.
- Separate the 200g of sugar for making the caramel.
- Mix the eggs, coconut milk, and 200g of sugar into a bowl and mix it well.
-Blend the Marie Biscuit and put a little water from your ingredients (do not use another water apart from the ingredients because it will became runny)
Step 1
Cooks 200g of sugar in the pan on low heat until it caramelise. Then add water a little gradually until the sugar completely dissolve into the water, and you can pour the rest once it all dissolved.
Step 2
add gradually mixture of the eggs, coconut milk, and 200g of sugar into the pan and keep stirring. When the water dries a bit, put an inch of ginger into your sekaya to cut the smell of the egg.
Step 3
Add blended Marie biscuit and salt (to taste) into your sekaya and stir until it fully thickens.
** The consistency at the end suppose to be the stream of your sekaya shouldn't break when you pour from your ladle.

Bahan² :-
400g. gula
300g santan
4 biji Telur
4 keping biskut merry
2 cawan air
1 inci halia
Cara memasak:-
Masak satu cawan gula dlm kuali dgn api perlahan.masak hingga gula menjadi cair dan bertukar warna keperangan.Bila gula dah cair masukkan 1 cawan air sedikit².Kacau hingga sebati dgn api sederhana.
Masukkan gula ,santan dan telur yg telah dipukul hingga sebati ke dalam kuali sedikit².
Seterusnya masukkan biskut merry yg telah di blend dan sedikit garam.
Kacau hingga pekat.
