@@dreadkingrathalos8291 Dark Souls enemies do insane poise damage. There was a video of a Black Knight vs a Crucible Knight and literally a random Black Knight who was over 2x weaker in stats was absolutely demolishing Orodovis and stance breaking him every 2 hits. Midir slaps around Placidusax and basically every big enemy which has been shown in multiple videos, the only person who can beat midir is Malenia and that's due to her being so small and it's RNG based.

Therefore, it's absurd to compare the videogame where the player character goes "CLINK CLANK CLINK CLANK" to the other very different game where the PC goes dodge, dodge, dodge. What you say only works when you ignore Elden Ring's mechanics (like the fact that you can parry Maliketh and he has 80 stance points to compensate for the fact that he's fast) don't know how to fight the boss, and ignore people that know how to fight it. He also has half as much health as other endgame bosses and the fight can be over in under a minute. As a counterexample, there's the fact Bloodborne has less generous I-frames and recovery frames than DS3 and Elden Ring, and if a boss hits you during one of your animations you receive almost double the damage and can get one-shot, but it's still considered an action game.

@@facundovera3227 My main point was about how you should always put bosses with a certain speed level in a game where your average build would be able to dodge most of the attacks with efficiency. What you said has been repeated countless times but does not invalidate my argumentations. For starters, Malekith 2 shots you at 52 of vigor in ER, if added with his speed and delay you receive a hyper dangerous killing machine of a boss. A game is difficult not when people like you or me know how to fight and complete the whole game single handed with no eyes. Heck, i would be able to beat Bloodborne by now in 3 hours with the right equipment and no glitches, but guess what? I consider it definitely a game with higher difficulty standards than the majority of other games. So Elden ring having sekiro elements just makes it times worse for the average player, as Sekiro is not a game where you have to dodge but rather parry the attacks. Also for the Bloodborne thing, give me some examples and either way the player's side step is generally fast enough to compete with hunters like Gehrman or Maria... something the Tarnished's does not really have against bosses like Malekith, Malenia, Radagon or Morgott.

Remember that isshin max power (which isn’t in the game yet) is immortal

He just admits defeat like a normal human if though he is immortal, however he could have just not let sekiro kill him

Plus isshin did learn the ways of tomoe and he can do a lightning Sakura dance repeatedly, isshin sword saint can also use tomoes mortal blade and imbed the power of the mortal blade to lightning (Sakura dance) and basically become op as hell

However this is just lore wise so ye

@@davidnewhart2533 eh I think maliketh's theme is boring especially phase 1. Other elden ring soundtracks like raddahn and godskin are really good tho. But sekiro imo has some of the best out of all the souls games
