I would like to know if its possible able remote start function into cars without that function ... Buying a key with that buttom... I saw some owners of new honda accord that able that function just buying a new key with remote start function...

Can you disable the RF signal from transmitting from the key fob on a 2023 Honda Pilot? I think Toyota/Lexus have that feature on their key fob.

Hello I own a 2020 cr-v for the past few weeks the driver door will not lock with remote it has to be manually only. Even if I walk away the 3 other doors will lock except for the drivers.

You can’t start it with the key it’s no key insert inside the car

How do I disable the remote window down feature on a Honda CRV-hybrid touring? The touchscreen pad in the dash does not give an option to disable it. My windows all opened up overnight during a bad rain storm and interior vehicle had water damage.

I replaced my battery & drop the fob. All of the little signs fell out and there is a small black plastic piece that I can't find a place for.

Honda CRV 2022 sahibiyim. Aracımın kumandasında bahsettiğiniz HOLD butonu yok. Nasıl uzaktan çalıştırabilirim. Ayarlar kısmında da böyle bir özellik yer almıyor. Acaba ülkeden ülkeye kumandalar değişiyor mu? Yada Türkiye de bu özellik kapatıldığı için mi kullanamıyoruz. Ayrıca klitlerken ve kilit açarken uyarı sesini nasıl aktif hale getirebilirim. Ayarlarda bu özellikde yok. Ben kitlerken uyarı sesi gelmiyor. Bilgi verebilirseniz çok memnun olurum.

Neat tip. One question: I never use the sun roof. Is there a way to disable it so it never opens? I will receive my new Passport Trailsport the first week of Sept. Barry

Yes a very easy way. "Dont open it and it will never open." or "Buy a car without a sunroof"

Very helpful. I have a 2017 Honda CRV EX-L. The walk-away auto lock used to work with the car beeping and the light flashing to indicate it's locked. Remote engine start is also not working now, though it used to work. Basically the buttons on the remote key fob not working apart from the lock and unlock buttons. What could be the reason, and what do I have to do to restore the functions of the key fob. Thank you.

Would like to see the reprogramming of 2016 Civic EXL key fob. Different procedures on KZfaq don’t know which one to follow. Also can I change both remote batteries at the same time then follow the reprogramming procedure

@@WestwindHonda yes it does have remote start but a video on KZfaq he had a remote start and was able to reprogram the remote

Put the car in park, Start the Car, press the home button on the steering wheel [Watch your driver information system ]{Speedometer area} , press the up or down arrow to find “ SETTINGS”, then press the “ENTER BUTTON “ then use the up and down arrow to find “VEHICLE CUSTOMIZATION”, then the up and down arrow Key again to find “DOOR SETUP” from there you can select whatever customization you would like.

Music is too loud. Woman talks too fast on FOB instructions and needs to hold FOB closer to camera and explain each icon clearly, for those of us who are totally unfamiliar with using a FOB and/or are older.
