For many applications this floor is absolutely horrible. Consider that any slight misalignment in the tile gets amplified throughout the workspace. Despite what the packaging says this product cannot be as waterproof as linoleum. Consider that when laying it down in a high moisture environment on an upper floor with a ceiling below it. Save yourself the anxiety and make a tiled paper template And then trace it onto a linoleum sheet for a nice easy to install completely waterproof one piece floor.
