@@vikingfromnorth45 Most likely but we don't truly know the exact relationship between Reina and Heihachi in terms of feelings. Heihachi may not have cared for Reina or secretly cherished her as a replacement to Kazuya. P.S. Although Reina is best waifu of Tekken 8 and the current Queen of the Mishima Family, the true heir to Heihachi's legacy will always be Kuma.

I always forget how tall Dragunov is compared to the more "normal" sized characters (beyond the bears and Jack and whatnot obvs). I was practicing with him the other day next to I believe it was Claudio and him fully upright met Dragunov who's hunched over. Dude's a big, tall boi 😂

I mean, Jin also used Kazama Style Self Defence and partially Mishima Ryu Karate, but the game doesn't say that. Or how Hwoarang uses a mix of WTF and ITF taekwondo, with some if Baek's personal style moves. Or how Nina isn't "assassination arts", but "aikido mixed with a few other self defense styles" or how for decades Marshall Law's personal Marshall Arts style was mislabeled as "martial arts". I'm not even gonna mention how Bruce was stated time and time again to use "kickboxing" and not muai thai

@@SirFailure sadly that pun was overlooked by the localisation teams for longer than most Tekken fans lived on Earth. It's been decafes of English localisation calling the Marshall Arts (a pun in English made up by Japanese people) Martial Arts which kinda lost the joke and it's meaning. Also no way you don't play Tekken, that "marvelous" at the end says otherwise

My favourite thing about Tekken is King and Dragunov being about 2 meters or taller and yet doing all these weird little flippy grabs and submission holds Like, don't get me wrong, but half the cast: as in all female characters, Hwoarang, Law, Raven, maybe even the Mishimas would just fall as soon as the grab starts

Reina is attending Mishima Polytechnical School, so i guess that'd make her a Japanese since every other character who go to that school are Japanese as well. Except for Xiaoyu i guess, then again normally people only go to school that located in their country

Oooh, a nice little demonstration of the character select screen is always pleasant. Love the old school Tekken music and voice for it. 0:14 - I think Jun’s a little disappointed about being selected. She was clearly having a good time with the adorable birdie on her hand. 0:25 - There we go; best character highlighted! The spotlight deserves to be on King! 0:41 - Awww, love the energy Xiaoyu brings when selected. Her starting standing pose is also cute. 1:27 - That was quite a mouthful from Yoshimitsu and quite the echo to it as well. 2:09 - One of these was loved by their father; guess which one? Given Pikachu in Pokkén Tournament, Heihachi was evidently an animal person.

It's definitely supposed to be Marshall Arts, just how Law and Paul use Marshall Arts as in Marshall's personal style, that's a little callbacks to when Lee trained alongside Paul and Law
