Good for her, them I’m doing the same thing just learning now at age 48 that I have ADHD with trauma, always looking for a diagnosis knowing something was off. It’s better now I know and understand what I have and what I can do to deal with it.

I have the exact same issues. I just remembered who I was and I'm still processing it. What really works, is a slow paced life. One step forward and two steps back. This is odd, and I have unknown relationships with other people well, but things seem to check out?! For some reason.... I was walking back and forth pacing for several days not caring what people thought. I even flipped over the table in the well-ness center I was staying at and telling them off. I had no idea what is going on with me. I am not Bi-Polor but I would rather classify myself as a genius. I think in due time there might be something more amazing that will be shown. I am just livid with what happened but I am slowly processing this information. Music heals you "naturally". Everyone needs to be their own thunder and lightning. A lot of people goes through the same problems and it doesn't matter if your famous or not. People are just scared to shine their inner diamond. That was my problem. JJ. Live in the moment.
