I can't afford to watch the movie. But the song my mind and me has helped me so much. I struggle with depression anxiety adhd bpd and sometimes it gets too much so I OD on medications. My mind and me, gives me a holding space to cry and feel emotions instead of numbing by overdosing. I'm so thankful to you selena. May God bless you and everyone who's struggling with mental health issues 🤍

I’ve had depression and social anxiety and it’s been so draining. I admire Selena for being a voice for many of us and helping everyone with their mental health by being so expressive and her pure heart is helping many of lives 🥺 my dad got diagnosed with cancer 2023 and Selena has really helped me through tough times. She deserves so much more and I hope one day I will get the opportunity to see her because I am one of the people she has saved 🤍
