I just went to her grave a week ago and even the stone wall around it has random names and dates written and carved on it. People have zero decency and class.🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been a die-hard Selena fan since I was a kid and I was able to visit her gravesite last year in October. It just so happens that two caretakers of the grave site opened the gate and were polishing the large headstone. We were able to place white roses on her grave without a fence between us. It was such an emotionally moving moment and I’ll never forget it.

Every time I hear of her death or see memories of her life I get EXTREMELY sad as if I knew and loved her. Her story had a horrible ending but she will always be remembered for her talent, beauty, and humble personality.

Wow, look how much that tiny tree has grown! Another reminder of how long she has been gone, but I believe Selena spirit is in that beautiful tree. She nurtured it all these years, helping it grow big and strong. Just like she would have done if she had a chance to have a baby that she so patiently was waiting to have. 💜

I lived in Corpus Christi when it happened. Days inn at Navigation Blvd. I was in tenth grade. Never seen so many police in one place. I remember all of it. We drove by after school ended. She was so pretty.

I saw an article here on KZfaq about a family that would decorate their deceased infant's grave with pinwheels and other stuff and It would constantly get stolen until they finally found than an old man would steal them to decorate his yard/garden... some people are unbelievable! I had no idea people were doing this stuff. I thought the family felt like since she was “Selena” they had to go all out with the grave. I think thought they were being excessive on the celebrity tip if you will. You don’t really see celebrity graves get messed with a great deal.
