Come to Madeira, we have such an incredible island, you will love it!! The best part is that we don't really have any harsh winters, so you can explore the island any time of the year!

In the middle of a meltdown and I'm trying to ask myself "What would Hitomi do?" But I'm so far gone that just makes me feel bitter. I'm disabled and I'm so tired of comparing myself constantly to people who are not and falling short again and again. I know somewhere deep inside me there is love and that I am still guided but the less I feel connected to it in these moments of despair the deeper the pain becomes. Such a loneliness. I'm longing for words to be able to share but it is beyond words.

Dear Hitomi, you have a wonderful timing! I moved to Lisbon two weeks ago, to spend my Internship here, and I felt lost and overwhelmed the past few days. I didn't assume I would get homesick so soon, but I miss my flat, rice cooker and the people I carry around in my heart (having a hard time not being able to hug them). Challenge for you Hitomi: There is a flower called "conteira" that you can suck the nectar from it and ingest it. It's sweet tasting, maybe similar to vanilla. Not sure you find it on all islands though, i tried it at the island called "Flores" which translates to "Flowers"

Gentle and slow energy is where it's at. I'm giving myself permission to rest even if i haven't worked on projects recently. As Tricia Hersey says, rest is our birthright ❤ Its really a positive thing to show how your relationship has changed but is still valid. Polyamory gives me the ability to treat my friends similarly to lovers and lovers like my friends. We get to define our relationships and be very specific. While I don't have the desire to be friends with my recent ex, i love seeing this message be shared.

Being an island girl, I believe that you would also LOVE visiting Greece, Im talking about the less known islands (we have plenty) where you will get to experience the truly amazing mother nature and the authentic traditional greek life! Like in every place, I believe you really need a local in order to be able to truly experience the true magic of my homeland because sadly a lot of areas are becoming more and more touristy, and their true nature and magic has faded away... But still, there are so many breathtaking places both in the mainland and on the mountains, but also on the islands! Being able to show you around and experience my homeland through your eyes would actually be such an amazing experience for me! Sending you lots of love!

If you are open to it, I would invest in an astrocartography reading, basically astrocartography takes your birth chart and tells you what parts of the world will emphasize specific energies of your birth chart. So some places will be innately unpleasant and some will be innately lovely based on the placements of the planets in your birth chart superimposed on the earth. If you're not into astrology then I would imagine this sounds pretty woo woo lmao but its legit in my experience, and I would highly recommend.

hitomi i would so appreciate a little tidbit on how you film yourself and film clips for your videos. i know you’re very comfortable on camera and have been doing it for a long time, but i sure struggle with filming myself in a way that feels natural and not disruptive to my own rhythm - and i have so much to say and bring to life through video. maybe there’s not much of a how-to, just kind of “jump in and do it!” which is fine but i’d love your thoughts on it if you ever wanted to share 🫶🏼
