You reminded me of my older sister who I sadly lost a few years ago, and you making these types of videos really makes me feel like you are my older sister teaching me about self care and hygiene.

To anybody that needs this: I know if your in a dark place it’s super hard to find motivation, but what worked for me was when I showered instead of sitting on the ground crying and not cleaning myself I started washing my hair every shower, didn’t stand but washed my hair, and then I washed, conditioned, and washed my body, and just built up my schedule of completing basic tasks until they were a part of my routine, and idk how but shoving that routine back into my life and going to bed earlier fixed it. I know fixing insomnia isn’t overnight but you HAVE to keep trying, it makes all the difference. That’s all love ❤️❤️

Don’t use the Biore Strips. It can damage the skin on you nose and give you a permanent red spot. I speak from experience.

Gurl pore strips are sooo bad for you! They actually rip off a layer of your skin as well and cause micro tears

I love how she is so open with hygiene and feminine stuff. Most KZfaqrs don’t share good stuff they use for feminine stuff but Bailey will Dede recommend which I love.
