That might be weird, but my most important self care practice is walking to a beautiful spot (waterfall, lake, river) each morning. It makes me happy and helps me wake up and start my day full of motivating and gratefulness. Wish you a happy day 😊

#teamreplay Thank you, I love the topic self care. I try to include some of it in my morning and evening routine but I would like to have a whole self care afternoon once a week. I think this would improve my productivity more than anything else. I wish you a wonderful day ❤️

That sounds wonderful and I totally agree. I have found that if I take enough time to "charge" with self care, then I can be much more productive!

@@ThePlannerChannel Thank you so much Katie! I'm still not feeling better. I did end up at the er last night. I had a awesome team working with me, and I am hoping soon with 2 added new meds to start feeling better. I forgot how to email you!! I am so thankful for you doing self care. It is something I definitely need to work on!! I have my mental wellness happy planner, a gratitude happy planner, a big faith happy planner, and a catch all planner that right now. I haven't used the catch all alot but need to start up again. I am trying to decide on the big metal rings and add to my mental wellness happy planner .I don't know if it is possible do add to my faith planner but I am going to look for undated faith planner stuff. My planner is dated and I fell behind alot. Since 2020 / 2021 / 2022 I haven't been able to save up but I am going to try to save up each week and gradually add to my mental wellness planner first. and self care!!!

Sounds like a plan, D'Aun! Don't worry about your catch all if you're focused on wellness right now, you could use your monthly spread for your "calendar" and then use the weekly for wellness. Just a thought. Hope you're feeling better soon!

That's probably from the caffeine. You need to wean yourself off slowly. Hope the headaches are gone now!

@@ThePlannerChannel Yea I didn’t think about weening off slowly I just quit cold turkey bc I can’t be drinking it on a daily basis. Maybe a couple times a week but I was just drinking it nonstop. Sorry I missed your live I had to get off for a bit bc I had a phone call. 😫
