1:16 I also get really bad hormonal acne, especially during my menstrual cycle. The only thing that has honestly helped me is like probiotics and like watching what I eat because my doctor had told me a lot of stuff comes from your gut health, so not sure if you take anything, but I definitely think that has worked the most for me. I still get my occasionalpimple or break out but it’s not as bad as it used to be

Hey🌸 I had the exact same acne issue and the ONLY thing I tried and worked was : to stop using ANTHING on my chin but the grapefruit cleanser from Neutrogena (my dermatologist in Toronto advice) It was so hard for me to let go of the idea of applying stuff on my acne. No more lotion, moisturizer or oil control thing, or anything I thought would help. But my dermatologist told me : don’t feed the acne. Only clean your face with the Neutrogena cleanser and let your body cure the acne by himself. I promise, it worked in 2 months and it changed my life. 🌸

Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Solution USP 1% ask for the liquid version for acne on your face it can be prescribed by your doctor you don’t have to go the dermatologist all you do is wash your face in the morning after the gym and before bed only water and unscented soap if needed I used dove brand and then after you dry your face you just lightly apply the liquid to the acne area and it has a little cushion top that it come out of so don’t need anything to apply it with
