I just love it when companies actually know how to make a good cut and thrust tool, instead of a big, heavy, sharpened pry bar. Don't you?

Great vid. I do have a question. When does the blade become too big in close quarters fighting?I understand the concept of longer reach, being able to get to your opponent before he gets to you. However, in a close up encounter cold a longer blade create an impediment. As an exaggerated example, think of having to use a sword in a close-up fight. I don't think it would go well. I feel anything over 5-6 inches would cause some problems in a wrestling sort of encounter. Obviously, one hopes it will never get that close. But in older times warfare, and some bar brawls, I think it can. Looking forward to hear from you on this. You know, at 67, I don't plan to get into any close up combat. But I am ready for it if it happens.

just a thought...the bigger is better idea...hmmm...what if you get it taken away...even a totally untrained person could really injure or even kill ya with the pocket sword...but it'd take skill to get it done with the smaller blade...plus if it came down to a jury trial about an bladed confrontation...you'd look a lot less like you were sorta askin' for it if all ya had was a lil' ol' pocket knife...just a thought though...i kinda keep both on me...plus a tdi just left of center to protect my pistol...anyway...keep the videos comin'...really enjoy 'em...later

Hi great video thanks. I have a question please. What is the minimum blade length (inches) for personal selfdefense? All i have is Cold Steel. Code4 fully serrated ok?
@mathewrculbertson4 жыл бұрын
Magnum Potent I would say get the biggest blade you can legally carry. But that being said, I would highly recommend getting a XL voyager. It has so much more Capability that a 3.5 edge.

Do you really carry one of these daily? They all look big and heavy.
@TheRealB1gA Жыл бұрын
It’s easy too carry and they are not heavy the heaviest part of the Xl voyager is the blade
