Hey, Carl ,hi. I heard you mention home and vehicle but what about place of business? What if i conceal carry and I'm at the local corner store and someone comes in and tries to rob the place at gunpoint? Can i shoot him to protect everyone there?

However even though I like the idea, but it is only a theory my husband has been imprisoned right now and the young man who stabbed him first... Is not even facing any criminal charges, whatsoever, and my husband is disabled, diabetic, almost died twice. Because of this incident... Once because he was bleeding into his lung, and once because they were too much of a rush trying to get my husband incarcerated, behind getting stabbed, and and defending himself against the assailant who was blocking the exit and stabbed him back instead of being stabbed again. So in a rush to get a disabled diabetic and later age gentleman in the cell block for protecting himself the doctors didn't make sure they did their job and left a blood clot that almost stopped his heart. And all the district attorney and Houma Police keep telling me is there is no self defense law in the state of Louisiana. So in Terrebonne Parish at least you are supposed to roll over take it and just die not defend your life.

Yeah the police don't know the laws..they go to police academy and lawyers go to law school
