love this style master wong! I watch many of your great teaching skills on this art of defense ! I like how you carefully let me see the holds and other hits slow ... then do them normally fast . I'm 63 now , still in pretty good shape for this physical activity! And I really am starting to get better and fluid now. I go to a boxing gym/ marcial arts and wresling all. Iwas a wrestler in high school. Still love the sport but my legs are not as powerful as I'd like them too be. and I tire too quickly with stronger oponents. Wing Chun is for me !!!!!!!!!!! front and center, solarplexes, with less full body movement. Strikes and powerhits! Thanx, Master Wong.

Master Wong. I like the fact that you can cover a lot of response material this way. You can answer a lot of questions in a single episode. What I don't like about it is the fact that very often I review your previous videos. They are all very well labeled. The new videos don't quite fit into the library as neatly.

Inflicting sufficient pain to cause shock and organ failure is really the objective in any physical conflict. There's no rules , he just has maximum efficiency. Which is required because of mass .
