I disagree with the person who said that the child abuse story was unnecessary because it was part of Louise’s life story and she wisely knew that it would help others who have had similar experiences.

I forgive myself and others. I love myself and my child within me. I release all painful experiences and its pattern that brought me to this situation. I am healed, I can create beautiful version of myself. I am loveable, loving and full of hope and abundance. I am a good person and I am independent. All I need is given by the Universe. I’m avoiding music so I col this video to listen while driving and I just couldn’t stop crying. Not sad tears but healing ones. I have myself permission to feel it, accept or, Realease it and let go of the blame and guilt that has haunt me. Thank you for this empowering message.

13 years ago, I came across with Louise Hay, she helped heal my childhood inner hurts and started to believe in myself in which I've achieved all I dreamed I ask from the Universe, happy and satisfied life. Everyday I thank the Universe and excited to life.. Thank you Louise Hay, I will always remember you in my ❤. Thank you I know I deserve all the goodness in the Universe.

@@2201sunflower hello.. it was a process I listened to her audios, pray and need to look at your self as a child being hurt, neglected, traumatized and eventually hugging and saying I love you to that child. it was a relief because we expect our parents or people around us to validate and love us but they to have pains and it is a cycle. Look at yourself now reflect, accept you're hurt, forgive yourself and say I love you to yourself everyday. Self-love is the key.

DearLouise, you are definitely a blessing in disguise. Thank you for your loving and kind words. God put you on this earth to help others heal and that is just what you are doing. I can’t express how I feel right this minute but I know that you are the reason why I’m smiling and my body inside is healing. I love myself I always have. There have been days in my life that I’ve been stressed and even disappointed. But as of today, Life is worth living and I am healing one day at a time. Thank you! It helps me a lot to hear your calm and loving voice. I have same experience as living in an unhappy family and I have tortured myself ever since. As my mind default that the unhappiness moments in my family are under my responsibility and I can't help to stuck in the pain and lonely, unspeakable though for many years. I though that I can not share it to anyone because I will humiliate and disrespect my parents. Now, I have enough courage to face it and speak out for my true feeling.
