A couple of those would be great while out fishing on a cold day. Saves taking all the gear to make a cuppa in your backpack. Not as fulfilling as a stove or fire but very cool. I be stocking up on some coffee ones for sure. Good video Robbie

Oh and the bottom of the can contains water and calcium oxide aka quick lime when you press the bottom the foil container breaks and the water and lime combine and an exothermic reaction takes place

There's a video on their website how to do it and you did it correctly. Also I think the plastic ring is to stop you burning your mouth when you drink the hot drink.

Got a couple of those Oztrail Chairs myself. They are comfortable and good and easy to use, store and pack. My little 50 kilos is not going to put much strain on them though, so I do not know about the durability 😆

Well done You on doing a bunch of pushups. I myself am possibly half your weight and cannot do a single pushup. If you not already - why not make every outing include an exercise routine lest you end up like me.

I have 6 cans of each flavour that I bought from ALDI in Echuca in October so I could carry a can or two on my motorbike trips. 42 Degree is an American company I think? or at least in the Northern Hemisphere so it will take time to arrive. About 10 years or more ago SPC Ardmona in Shepparton had something similar but the drinks had more liquid in them and they were great but SPC never got them back in for some reason. they work by using Dry Lime with a liquid sack that you break when you push it. The lime reacts chemically to the water which heats the contents for you. 42 Degree also sells the same thing in soups etc and they have a big range but I know nothing about the soup's flavour and personally, I don't see the soups being worth the purchase. 👍

Always have the vacuum flask, tea & coffee to keep me happy. I regard this kinda stuff the same as processed food. Rather it fresh. Did you read the carb levels Robbie? Maybe if it was an emergency flare, I'd use it. What heats a flare? Sorry mate, wouldn't be pushing this, I've investigated this "item"

you need ton be careful with new products ,that self heat that they dont put dangerous chemicals in the coffee that will hurt you later

I used to buy them 7 years ago from NQR they were pretty good and so weird.

I could think of a better way to kill 3 minutes ...... or in my case, a minute and a half ! ha ha ha
