As I understand it. Flow is like talking in your mother language. Your are capable of engaging the muscles of your face and throat in such a way that whatever you want to communicate is communicate successfully without consciously making the decisions on which Muscle to pull or relax. In this way one does a otherwise seemingly long task and makes it into one unconscious behavioral pattern. Instead of making decisions after decisions after decisions on which muscle to pull to be on your way to your goal you simply choose your goal and let your subconsciousness perform the one single action required to achieve the goal. This one single action would in the common perspective be perceived as thousands and millions of actions over periods of days, weeks, months and years.

I opened KZfaq desiring to listen to one of Josephs videos. At that very moment... Joseph drops this new video. Perfect. 🙏 Ps. QUESTION - I have used questions like what is the expression on my face? or where are my feet right now? To maintain more of the "now" state. Why does this illicit such unusual synchronistic experiences exactly when I was not focusing in on my main objective at the time whatsoever? Is it just because I am open minded and more receptive?

Im confused by the whole co-creation thing tho. What if two people are equally convinced they will win something that can only have one winner? What if a person sees someone falling in luv them in their mind, but that persons mind was completely contradicting ur ideas?

The only answer is multiple dimensions. There are multiple future probabilities where you and other persons are winers, losers or never pick up the interest to even desire the winning. Read Seth books. You have to brake out from the paradigm that there is one self in one body having a future. Seth speak of past existing still in other dimensions, Roman civilization never ended, there are probabilities where it exists etc. We shift these dimensions with beliefs. In other words expand the idea of self and you have a whole different idea of co-creation.

Write it down in long form with pen and paper or make a vision board cut out pictures of the future you and pin it to a cork board
