This touched me like crazy. Going through a rough time and I was able to touch a front desk worker at a hospital where I was visiting a family member. I was so depressed at that time, but something told me to speak to this front desk worker and soon enough I began motivating her and encouraging her. God sent me to speak to that woman when she was down and confused with herself. Even while I was depressed I still had the power in me to encourage someone else! I love this video so much. It’s impacted me like crazy and has given me confirmation to continue on with myself!

5:18 is absolutely bogus you don’t have to do anything “worthy” to prove you love yourself. Repeating it to yourself over and over again, controlling your thoughts your brain will eventually register. There is nothing outside of yourself that you need to do to love yourself it’s all in your belief inside of you repeating until you believe it is key.

I am so sorry for not loving myself more n now I know that whoever wants to be with me will be with the next me ever!
