Thank you for sharing this and being vulnerable, it really helps to make me not feel like i'm alone or going crazy❤ I truly see so much of my own struggles and feelings in your story. I am personally struggling with anxiety and depression and have history with it. So happy that you are feeling better and found somethings that works✨

I appreciate you sharing your journey. I use to teach 3rd grade. I saw at least three of your videos. You mentioned anxiety. I take propranolol. This has helped me with anxiety. This helps also with rapid heart issues. Please do yourself a favor and get your blood pressure check and I'll tell you why. For years I have had issues with dizziness. I finally got that under control and the majority of brain fog and dizziness had gone away. I hope that this helpful. Brad

Lol I love to color and read a fun book every day after school and a lot on the weekends! I love how it makes me feel relaxed and my mind isn’t thinking about real life 🙌🏼

I swear to god, I feel that you and me should be room mates or sth. I need to meet you. wow I spent like 2 hours looking at your videos, and it made me realise, it's the little things in life that make up most of it, and we keep searching for the big stuff. Lots of love, from me to you!

Great ideas! Thank you for making this video. I want to get the lettering book! One thing I like to do to relax is to add stickers to my planner. I have a planner from Plum Paper Planners and I like to use the Happy Planner stickers. I am an elementary special education teacher. :)

Are you still on Wellbutrin? What kind of mood stabilizer? Did you get diagnosed bipolar? Sorry for all the questions, I have been so so low with GAD , panic attacks and depression. I have been caught in a battle for the last 3 months on what medications to take. I am also a teacher. Art k-8. School is about to start and I am freaking out I won’t be well enough to teach. I missed so much at the end of the school year.

I have already watched this video twice and I plan on watching it more 😂 it’s soo helpful! I already swapped my alarm sound and I am going to practice loving myself in my love language (words of affirmation - so easy to do for myself!) thank you thank you thank you for this video ❤️

Hi I’m from australia been following your vids for mental health 🙂 I was just wondering what mg did you start on lexapro and how much you’re on now? Also I have social anxiety and do u feel the lexapro helps with social anxiety and confidence?

What a fun video. I wrote down to try a guided meditation, so thank you for that idea. When I’m stressed, I bake. Needless to say, I was baking A LOT at the beginning of this year school year (teacher here)! Luckily, I’m not a stress eater, so no quarantine 15 in this household. I also go for walks or hikes when I’m stressed. I’ll probably watch this video again to pick up more ideas. 🤗

@@hellomissromeo I love baking all kinds of cookies, esp. chocolate chunk shortbread, but bagels are a close second. I also enjoy making scones, biscuits and muffins. I’m not so much into cakes, but I’ll have a go every now and then.
