And his whole family is in civil services, his grandfather was the first Indian to become IG... Currently my maternal uncle is the principal of his fathers school... So proud of you sir🙂

This video is really inspiring us to mean the youth of young Indians. Shina Sir, you are a role model for us. What you are inspiring us you don’t know but you are doing your work which inspiring us. You know very well in India how people are educated and qualified but due to obstacle and a lot of factors suffering, you know it very well. Ph.D. people are driving auto-rickshaw in India also. Why??? you know it very well in India engineers are flowing in the air, every part of India engineers are available, just like India is producing engineers only. The only thing is help and guidance. If someone is not given an opportunity then how does one person grow? When I saw your profile you are a hunger but some people asking .....you don’t have stability. The world is surrounded by different types of people with diff cultures with diff philosophies with diff knowledge. Stick and drive required courage and spirit. Thank you for this video.
