Totally agree with just adding in a little extra on top to get the deal done. Been going back and forth with a guy for weeks, he always ended the convo with let me think about it and I wouldn’t hear from him for days. Finally said, what do you need to put this over the edge? Adding the 3.03 got it done. F THEM 3RDS!

Yea it’s hard to sell those players and they are only getting less valuable…gotta get something out of them when we can’t use them ya know, sometimes you have to overpay

Hey guys, down to one QB in 12 team SF. Looking to tier down from Lamar Jackson. Which is the better option to tier down to - Purdy & Lawrence or Kyler & Goff? And should I be looking to get anything extra thrown into the deal? Thanks!

Ah man I hate to move off Lamar honestly…is there no way you can trade for a QB without sending him away? Or is there an option in the rookie draft for you to get one?

@@TheFFDynasty it's definitely painful. I have picks 1.10 through 2.01 so possible to package those but I wondered if there was too much risk blowing them for one rookie qb. Guess one could drop to me only if the likes of penix or nix get good draft capital. Otherwise I thought getting 2 solid starters in say Kyler and Goff might be a good option

I think I’d hold off on this and let the NFL draft play out, I’d love to keep Lamar and figure something else out…if you’re interested you should check out our free discord link on our patreon about page, throw your whole roster in there with all the future picks you have and get some more feedback on your situation. Got a spicy trade I’m working on that surprisingly has more interest from the other side than I thought it would… 🌶️ I send: JJ and Fields (to a rebuilder)… I get: London and Mahomes (on a win now team)… My QB room is not good. TLaw, Carr, Danny Dimes, Fields. Have finished 2nd three years in a row… Is this crazy imbalanced? Anything else I should add on top? Or is this more balanced than I think as is? My other WR’s are: AJB, Aiyuk, DJM, Ridley, Downs, Dotson, Sutton, J Palmer. Any tips to try to get this one done?

Well given that Mahomes goes in SF startups about 6-7 spots ahead of JJ, and London goes ahead of Fields…the value seems weighted in your favor here

Ok, cool. But like how much does it favor my side? I think I need to offer something else to get it done, but don’t want to offer too much where it shifts the balance the other way ya know? Appreciate the input here!

I think it’s pretty favored in your side, if Fields was a starter this year it would be more even…JJ doesn’t get you Mahomes straight up, and Fields can’t get you London straight up…hard to say what exactly it’s going to take to get it done, what does the other guy want on top ya know?

We were selling those players from a team that wasn’t ready to compete, it wasn’t a blanket insistence on selling those players no matter what ya know?

I disagree with the Pitts argument. Put pitts out on the block and recieved an offer of Pitts,1.09 Mark Andrews, likely, 25 first,26 first, 26 2nd People see the youth and believe that he’s going to breakout out mark andrews esque. If you can sell high you have to take it
