The way they priced those books reminds me of a videogame store in France, where you can sell your used games. For a new release that they will sell 50 euros, they hardly offer you more than 10 euros... so this store is a bit of a meme in France

Those kinds of stores are everywhere😂 I'm pretty sure these popular manga or unopen novels can be sold for higher price in flea market apps but I didn't sell them there because of all volumes😅

Recently, I sold 8 manga at BookOff in NYC. I paid $138+ for them and got back $24.80. That felt sad. Next time I'll try selling it online.
